Who am I? Let’s go back a bit……

Hi, I’m Annette. I’m a pilates instructor and I get results that change how people with a painful and frustrating problem live their lives.
After working with clients like you, I developed a method that enabled people to feel better about themselves and to move more freely. This has exploded and I’m fully-booked for my in-person work.
Now, I want to help more people who don’t live near me or who can’t get to my studio.
This might be because they are super busy, they don’t feel comfortable with their body and are nervous about starting or simply because they live too far away from me in rural Dorset!
I love science and I base my programmes on evidence. Using the most current scientific and medical information, I guide people on how to move their body safely and I de-mystify moves so they are easy and progressive.
What I’ve landed on is a hugely successful and fun way to change how the body feels, moves and looks. This has led to people not only getting rid of their discomfort and restrictions but also their confidence improves too.
